Pregnancy Nightmares?! 😩

Is anyone else having horrible pregnancy nightmares?? I dreamt my husband cheated on me right in front of me and I think I’m actually traumatized, it was soooo vivid I wasn’t sure if it actually happened IRL or not 😭 I started crying when I woke up because it felt so real! Really hoping this is a one time thing because idk if I can handle this for months 🥲

Me! Last night I had a dream my dog was attacked and killed by an alligator and it was so vivid 😭 I don’t even live anywhere near where alligators are so they’re pretty irrational dreams lol

Since the start of my pregnancy mine have gone from husband cheating- family dying, currently it’s scary zombie dreams I’ve had mainly nightmares but those zombie dreams are something else. Like why are they so vivid! 😑

Pregnancy dreams are so vivid, unfortunately mine are nightmares too but they don't happen to often

I had craaazy dreams in my first trimester. They’ve mostly simmered down now (currently 29w+3)

Yeah it’s normal, are you early on? That’s usually when mine would start and it would go for a little while but eventually tapers off.
