Pregnancy

I’m only 18 weeks and 3 days and I still can’t feel my baby move nor do I really feel like I have a bump like it’s a little something there but not quit. Am I being paranoid I haven’t seen my baby since august 28 and that was a private scan and everything had looked great. My next appointment is not until a few more weeks. This is my first pregnancy and I can’t really distinguish the difference yet between the flutters or it just being gas
