Did you get repeated false negative tests?

How many of you ladies get false negatives? I’m almost 100% sure I’m pregnant. However, my pregnancy tests say BFN. My nipples hurt like a MF, I have nausea, I’ve been sleeping for 12 hours (usually 5-6 hours), my last period was 7/12 and is 23 days late (been regular for the last 7 months), I never confirmed ovulation but app says it was 38 days ago (Aug 4 - we had sex all that week). My last two pregnancies I was almost into the second trimester when at-home tests finally showed up positive. I’m going Tuesday for a blood test bc I can’t wait that long to know…wondering is killing me.
