Toddler saying private hurts

It started Thursday night so we took her to the ER and the collected urine with the catheter and said she might have a uti based on the urinalysis but that her sr would have to call hospital back in two days to her results of culture to confirm. The problem is the hospital we took her to is not affiliated with her dr do her dr basically was giving me problems saying I had to fill out medical release forms for them to call hospital. Of course this happens on the weekend so I don’t know what to do because the hospital won’t give me the results and I don’t know if I should continue antibiotics or not. But she doesn’t want to be wiped. She is peeing doesn’t have a fever but keeps saying it hurts. But she doesn’t only say it when she pees. Then she will say her butt hurts and doesn’t want that wiped either. Any advice is appreciated as I’m extremely stressed and worried. Forgot to mention she is 3 and is not potty trained and also had a similar issue 3 months ago.
