C section constipation

TMI!!

I had my first ever c section on sept 6th, so 6 days ago. My doctor has had me taking iron and then I alternate between ibuprofen and a Tylenol+codein. I know all 3 of those are contributing to not being able to use the bathroom. I’ve been on stool softeners since the hospital and even today I took 10mg of laxative and STILL nothing. My stomach hurts so bad and I’m terrified for when I do go because I somehow got a massive hemorrhoid as well. My question is, is there anything else I can do?? I’m miserable and struggle even doing things for my baby because of how gross I feel constantly. If I didn’t still need the pain medicine I would stop taking it but I wouldn’t be able to move if I didn’t
