Antibodies in pregnancy

Hi so I'm 29 weeks in my pregnancy, I'm 41 I have a bmi of 35 I have just found out I have GD again, I've barely put on any weight other than baby, baby has been really healthy and developing well, only I received a call from the dr today telling me that they have picked up anti C and anti K antibodies in my blood count, from what I've looked up, it can be possibly very serious for the baby. Has any one had any experience of this and does anyone know of outcomes for the baby. I have had anti E antibodies in a previous pregnancy and she ended up ok, but what I've read about C and K are more serious, I've felt so worried since the Dr told me.
