When do d maternity photo shoot?

Pregnant with my first baby boy and I don’t know when is the right time. I wanted to do them before my baby shower but probably won’t because I’m doing my baby shower about 2 months before due date. And I want my belly to show for maternity pictures

With my photographer she recommends 27-32 weeks. I’m doing 30 weeks. I believe as close to the third trimester would be more ideal.

I did mine at 34 weeks. You want a nice big bump, usually 32-34 is recommended I think.

I was about 30 weeks pregnant when i had mine done. Took about two weeks to get the pictures back and it's something i recommend to all moms! I loved mine, they look amazing.

I say, forget about what size your bump is, the whole point is just to showcase your beautiful pregnancy regardless of the size of your belly. Plus the earlier you get it done the easier it is to stand, bend, sit, and stuff for poses! 
My advice is don’t wait, do it whenever you want but don’t hesitate!! 
I had mine planned for 36 weeks and I gave birth on the exact day my pictures were scheduled. 🙄🙄 lol
