What kind of milk? 🥛 (asking those who didn’t do cows milk)

What kind of milk did you start giving your baby when he/she turned one? First time parents here, our son will be one soon and me and my partner don’t really want to give him cows milk. What did you give your baby?
Btw, he’s formula fed.

We do unsweetened almond milk

Our oldest is allergic to dairy so we give her almond milk since the vitamins in it is better than oat milk and she needs everything she can get.

My son is 11 months when he turns 1 we are doing toddler formula for awhile. cows milk isn’t necessary if baby is having dairy from other sources.

Continued with breastmilk and used whatever milk we normally use in cooking, plus yoghurt, cheese and such. Only now ate 2-3 years old that ask for cowsmilk to drink.

You should give them cows or goats milk when they turn 1 unless there is a dietary restriction. My kids can’t have dairy/lactose and I give (and plan to give) silk soy.
