Am i crazy or he cheated on me? 😭

Im 9 years married with this man who always said he will never cheat and he doesn not aproved that in other mans...but, this past 3 or 4 month fisrt thing I notice was that everytime we have sex he is not that much into me as he was all this years, also whenever I was on top of him he will come easily and that doesnt happen anymore, kind weird isnt it?... 
sex is not the same, I've been telling him that I feel we are not conected anymore and obviuslly he says thats not true and that he still into me.. 
so yesterday after he came from work we have sex and i notoce je had dificulties to come, like when you just had sex earlier and this was being the second round...so he finish  and when i went to wipe myself i noticed so little semen, almost nothing...so this just indicates me either he masturbates himself at bath time or had sex with someone else at work 😪😪 so i checked his dirty boxers from work and there were staind with little fluid like preseminal fluid...🤷🏻‍♀️ not semen if u know what i mean 
I dont know what to think...how muxh time does mans need to reproduce more semen so I can tell if he just masturbated 20 min before or if he cheated on me hours before we have sex...PLEASE ANY ADVISE 😭😭 Sorry if i have bad writting im mexican ✌🏻he is 37 years

None of this means cheating but if I knew my partner was accusing me, not satisfied with my answers and checking my underwear I wouldn’t want sex either. He may be stressed or tired.

Why do women always jump to cheating? He could be tired or stressed from work and that affected his sperm output you mentioned it was the second round maybe he was still tired from his first round checking his dirty boxers is nasty and unnecessary when he could just be tired

He could have lower testosterone levels than before or his nutrition and hydration are off. Ask him how he’s been feeling. Is he more tired than usual? Has he not been getting enough healthy food? Is he not exercising? 
We all get older and our bodies start changing. Plus psychological issues can have a big effect on sex. 
Don’t over burden yourself thinking of the what if’s in worst case scenarios. Communicate with him and be logical not emotional.

Is he experiencing a lot of stress at work? That can impact sexual performance. Nothing in this says to me that he's cheating. How old is he? Age can be a factor sometimes. Is he struggling with depression at all? This doesn't sound like cheating to me, just maybe a bit of a dry spell for one reason or another. It happens.
