Plan b help

Hi I’ve always taken my BC pill properly for years but around 2 weeks ago (sept 1) I missed a pill and didn’t double up. So for about 2 weeks I’ve taken my BC pill properly BUT I just got off my period also. (Last night started my new pack) My Bf just came in me by accident the condom came off inside. I took plan b right away after and my pharmacist said to continue my pills as normal starting tomorrow. Will I be okay??
