How are your babies sleeping now? My daughter fluctuates between 1-2 naps. If she's taking two naps, her naps will be 1-1.5 hours each. If it's 1 nap it'll be ~2-2.5 hours.

My kiddo dropped to 1 nap at 11 months old and never looked back. 🫣 hahaha. He sleeps 11.5-12 hours a night and then a 2-2.5 hour nap midday. 🙌🏼

My son takes 2 naps (1.5-2 hrs) a day. One at 10:30am another at 3:30pm bedtime by 8:30pm. He sleeps until 7:30am

my boy is on one long nap a day. Wakes up at 7. nap 12-2. then bedtime at 7.30-8.00.
He somehow transfered himself on one nap without any hassle thank god.

We’re on one short nap/day (45minutes-1.5 hours) and, embarrassingly, it’s always a nurse-to-sleep contact nap. Night time is about 10.5-11 hours, usually but not always without waking and in her crib I’m her own room.
