Spotting or failed transfer?

Hello ladies I recently got a transfer on Sept 08. The doctor was 1 hour and 30 mins late for the transfer 😡 I was told it didn't matter not a big deal but maybe he was just saving his but for being late! Anyway been doing everything right and eating right. Today I had very painful cramping from bowels and had diarrhea twice. Then I had mild like let's say a 3 1/2 of pain like cramps that was from my Uterus you know like the very first start of your period not painful but annoying. So I decided to check and see if everything was okay. I saw brown blood on my finger and it never touched my liner. I never would of known if I hadn't of checked. My blood test will be on Monday to tell me if the transfer worked or not. Ladies should I be concerned? What do you think spotting? Really hard for me to play the glad game right now 😩 been trying so hard to have a baby. The only thing that keeps me going is that so far it I a small amount. Sorry for the TMI words😓
