Am I being paranoid?

My bf has been acting different for some time now. He's been distant and hasn't been communicating with me much. He works about 8 days out of 14 days. He says his job is the reason why we don't talk much but I call bs. We have a LDR which makes it even harder. We've had the talk about breaking up but he is the one that changed the subject. He says he has feeling for me but his actions say otherwise. He has time to go out with his friend's, which I don't have a problem with. He's entitled to have fun... but I have a hard time trusting people and I get the feeling he's not being honest with me.
