Complex ovarian Cyst

last week Found out I have a 4.9 complex mass on my left ovary and a right simple adnexal cyst (the right is not as concerning for me right now) . I’ve had plenty of cysts come and go. He said this one’s isn’t normal. I have to wait 6-8 weeks for a follow up ultrasound and if it doesn’t drop off I will need surgery. My CA125 markers were 78 which is slightly elevated. I am worried about cancer and don’t understand why my gyno would wait so long if there is a mass there.
