Anyone else experience cramping during ovulation? 🥴

Since I came off the pill and started ovulating again I get really bad cramps on either side (the sides alternate every month). And also have a huge headache the day before ovulation and feel absolutely drained the day before and day of ovulation! It’s sometimes worse that my AF to be honest x sending love xx

I get the worst sharp pains on either my right or left side during ovulation. It's enough to make me want to just lay with a heating pad
