Can you ovulated with out bleeding after a miscarriage ?

My Hcg never When up how it was supposed to it when from 10 to 15! My progesterone dropped from 16.6 to a 10.2 today i took a ovulation test bc my head hurts and I haven’t started to bleed yet! And this how it looks like i also took a pregnancy test and it was negative!
