Job inquiry ?

So I applied for a HHA position on indeed

Someone reached back out with documents for me to complete

Keep in mind I only applied with my resume and have not had an interview as yet

So the documents to complete include basic information, reference sheets, employe profile, employment application , desired salary, felony information, employment history etc.

However, there’s a form direct deposit form

Which asks for all your banking information routing, account, branch Etc?

Is that normal ?

I’ve been home with baby for a while but my previous work inquired this information after sitting down for an interview and after confirming employment
