Help to bring on ovulation?

Hi all,

I was at my gyn office today for folicumetry. It seems I have a growing follicul in right ovary, everything seems good and she said ovulation should happen within next 4 days 😍

I know this might sound silly, but is there anything I can do to make sure it really happens? Like keep warm, avoid stress etc. What do you all do?

Maybe I am overthinking it, but I have been TTC for almost a year, had a few anovulatory cycles, late periods, chemical..
