Can you have cramps and not ovulate?

I had egg white CM and cramps/bloating for a few days surrounding my positive opk (LH surge) but I also track bbt and my temps look odd like maybe I didn’t ovulate.

The day after I would have ovulated I also only got 4 hours of sleep that night so I’m trying to determine if my temps are just way off or I didn’t ovulate.

Would you get ovulation cramps if you didn’t ovulate? I do always get cramps around ovulation every cycle for those who may say cramps don’t always mean ovulation. Think I’m just trying to figure out this time if I would have had cramps even if I didn’t ovulate.
