17 weeks pregnant question!

Hey all!

A bit TMI.

I'm 17 weeks pregnant as of yesterday. Up until this moment, everything has been completely normal and baby is healthy. I've even been feeling movement every so often since last week. I've been feeling very itchy down there since yesterday (I was like that my first pregnancy, too...but that was 5 years ago), so I used some vagisil earlier today which was lovely relief. Anyway, I just had a semi straining bowel movement and there was some bright red vaginal blood on the toilet paper. Scared the shit out of me at first. There hasn't been blood since, but I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. Not sure if it was just straining or if it could be whatever is making me itchy... Or something else?
