Baby aspirin

Hello ladies.. I’ve had three pregnancies in the last couple of years.. my first daughter was born in 3-12-2020 my second daughter was born on 9-7-2021 and I’ll be having another babygirl in January 2023… for all three pregnancies I’ve take baby aspirin bc when I had my son in 6-2015 I had a preeclampsia so bad it stayed around after delivery and almost cause heart damage! My only concern is, is there any long term damages I need to be concerned about? My dr doesn’t seem alarmed bc I take it to control my bp-which does help it! I take one every night I never skip a dose but this will be my 4th c section as I’m already scared for this, I don’t want to have difficulties bleeding.. any idea is this seems safe?
