Ewcm vs opks

Hi everyone.. first time posting here..

I’m tracking cm and doing opks.

How reliable are opks vs cm? I’m currently on my third day of ewcm (there isn’t loads but it’s there) but opk still hasn’t been positive, just faint lines.

Also has anyone gotten pregnant without getting a positive opk?
