Warning this is gross !! No pics

I had my 2nd c-section on the 10th and bled very little after the initial pushing etc. I was done bleeding on the 13th before I even left the hospital. Then all of a sudden today the 25th I felt a gush and alllll of this brown blood is coming out ! I called the on call dr and she was very dismissive and just kept telling me if its more than a pad an hour to call back and didnt offer any explanation. I'm having some period like pains but not much else but every time I sit on the toilet its like watery and super dark brown trickling out and i have no idea if this is normal! Was this just sitting inside me for 2 weeks ?! Any advice/similar experience appreciated !!
