I might of accidentally took 2 prenatal

Hii so I’m not completely sure if I took my prenatal vitamins this morning but I know I took one at 2 and now my brain is like fogged up on wether if I took 2 prenatal vitamins (one this morning and one at 2) or only 1 . I just need to be reassured if I took 2 of them is it bad/dangerous for me and my baby?

Ps: I take the centrum prenatal and it specifically says to take only 1 per day..

I just need to be reassured because the fact I don’t know if I took 1 or if I accidentally took 2 is making me anxious..
