Wandering if I’m not alone

I recently had a baby we waited until after I was cleared to begin having intercourse. My husband never ejaculated inside me. I took a test and it is positive. Has any one had a baby and quickly became pregnant afterward? How did you cope? How did you manage 2 in diapers. How close in age were they?? I don’t need judgement , didn’t realize you could get pregnant quickly from precum. I’m just curious of other moms like me.
