HELP WORRIED

Little background:

- i have been in duphaston (cyclic progesterone) for 4 months now and my cycle now is 28-30 days.

- for this month, i started taking it from septermber 13 to september 22.

Recently, on cd21 my partner and I had unprotected sex.

4 days after, I started getting cramps, and pimples.

And now, I am supposed to have ny period and yet nothing comes. Is it because I got pregnant? Or was this due to stress? Its been a week since I stopped taking duphaston.
