Yes when you sign up for something I forgot what it is they send you a free box of formula samples before having your baby!!

I got one from Enfamil and similac when I was pregnant. It’s from buying something baby related or maybe if you have a registry somewhere.. it’s not from this app but it happens if the company finds out somehow you are expecting. 
I always guessed they found out through my registry but I also ordered maternity clothes online where I put my due date in.. idk. It’s normal though.

It’s from enfamil they sent me one with my daughter and she was breastfed I gave them away. I got done from Walmart, target and other places as well with pacifiers and stuff in there

Somehow formula companies find out you’re pregnant and start sending samples. It happened to me with my first child 20 years ago and also with my baby two years ago
