Oddity: Transvaginal ultra sound

Hi ladies! So, just got my results back for my transvaginal ultrasound and saw the following note regarding my uterus:

The uterus is retroverted and anteflexed. Uterus measures 5.9 x3.2 x 2.6 cm in size. Looked it up and typically if an uterus is retroverted it is also retroflexed,or of it is anteverted it is anteflexed! The tech called my uterus twisty, haha. Anyone have a similar result? Did it cause issues when trying to conceive? Of course I will ask my obgynb as well, but in the meantime, I am super curious! Thank you❤️
