Suppose to get my period 10/01. Started light pink spotting 09/26 w/ symptoms of cramps, lower back ache, headache only that morning. & the spotting ended 09/28. A week before I had sensitive boobs but went away the day I started spotting. Thought it was my period coming but it was a very light flow for me & it stayed light pink w/ teeny tiny bits of tissue in my urine. I took a test the day I started spotting & it was negative. Could this be implantation? Should I test again in a few days?
