RASH HELP

okay mamas... my son started developing a rash on his cheeks almost a week ago, its been like 5 days. hes been drooling a lot and fussy so i think hes starting to teeth, seems like 2 teeth sre trying to bust through on the bottom (exciting!!) but this rash has been VERY persistent in staying around... ive tried just about everything, oatmeal baths, moisturizing lotion, aquafor, washing every single one of his clothes and sheets yet again in scent free gentle detergent, going around naked, constantly using bibs, etc etc.. yet this thing just will not go away.

i should add hes 7 months old

the right side of his cheek looks so bad this morning but it like "flares up" after i out aquafor on it or it'll flare up randomly throughout the day.

it started to develop down to his chest but we got that taken care of and a few days ago in the bath i noticed he had small bumps all over his tummy so i gave him a good lotioning down before bed. nothing change the next morning until THIS morning when his whole abdomen looks flared and irritated. hes got small bumps all up and down his arms too but its not rash like there... is this heat rash? teething/drool rash? some other kind of rash? if this doesnt get better over this weekend im taking him to the dr asap. i feel so bad for him and i feel like all my efforts just arent working. please help!!
