Failed 2 hour glucose

I called my OB nurse because it had been a week since I got tested and hadn’t heard anything. They said normal range for two hours was under 152 and I was at 160 so I failed it.. I am now worried for me and baby. I am currently 28 weeks and the nurse said OB hadn’t had a chance to look at it yet but she went ahead and referred me to maternal fetal.. what am I in for? I am so worried..
