Is this hot flash?
So I never really experienced hot flash before. But last night in bed I put my blankie on and my fan is on, I was feeling fine since it was chill but sometimes for a minute I felt really hot from the chest upwards. Lasted for like a minute and happened a few times. Is that hot flash or just from the blankie? Lol sorry if it’s a stupid question 🫠
