Severe upper left pain

I’ve been having pain in my upper left quadrant for awhile now. Im almost 31 weeks and I had an ultrasound around 28 weeks and an NST a few days ago and everything looked fine with baby. Stupidly I haven’t brought up my pain cuz I guess I thought it was just a normal part of pregnancy but it’s to the point where I can barely walk or stand.

Has anyone else experienced this? What could it be?
