Very early

I have PCOS so my periods are irregular. I had it for 4 months in a row then haven’t had one in 2 months now. I started having symptoms like I was about to start for the last 1-2 weeks. I took a test the other night and it’s positive (I took multiple to confirm 🥺). Anyways, I saw my Dr today and she did a transvaginal ultrasound. She told me it’s too early to rule out a chemical pregnancy and a very early pregnancy but doesn’t think it’s an ectopic pregnancy. I have been TTC for 2 years. I am very anxious and just want everything to work out. Has anyone had an ultrasound that looked similar?
