Cheated on in a open relationship

So, I’ve been in an open relationship for a year now. Rules went as follows:

1: no play inside our house that’s not each other

2: condoms

3: partners are to be discussed throughly with each other first

I’ll cut this story short, but feel free to ask me any questions! Completely open to anything that comes to mind.

Basically, I moved my boyfriend in from a half hour away, into my home. He works in my town and I couldn’t be out of state with him every day so he moved in after about 7 months together.

My birthday was Monday, so Sunday night I went out with my girls. Now, I will say I’m paranoid in my current living area so I have cameras surrounding my house. My boyfriend knew this.

9:30pm on Sunday night I got a notification that someone was at the front door, assuming it was my boyfriend letting my dog out… I let it go. Exactly an hour later, same notification. Again I let that one go for awhile and an hour after that it had me wondering what he was doing and I see this.

That is my boyfriend walking out an undisclosed woman he just spent an hour in MY bed with. Breaking two of our three rules.

I told him I’m done and to pack his shit because I’m done being treated like this.

I asked him a few questions

Who was she? A stripper he “knew”

Did he wear a condom? Says yes but none of the trash had been changed so unless she took it that’s a lie

Did he think about how this would make me feel? Direct quote here “I was just so horny… I didn’t think”

I’m done. I’m done with open relationships. Just done. Could use any support honestly. Feels like I wasted a year on this guy for nothing.

****edit/update. She was not a random stripper, she was a girl he met on a dating app a couple years ago.
