Lactation products?

I want to breastfeed but my milk dries up so fast. With my 1st, 3 months and with my 2nd I only had it for like a week. I didn’t expect it because I would leak like crazy and could pump all day. I pumped and breastfed. What do you guys recommend to maintain milk? Someone told me she breastfed her daughter for 4 years by drinking bud light every day but I do not drink and never will, I’m not a fan.
