Bad bad cramps…

I feel really dumb for asking this. So I’m 14weeks really 15weeks because baby has been measure a week ahead this whole time but they won’t change my date. No idea. I’ve been having bad bad bad cramps for like a week. Like I’m really uncomfortable. I do have 3 kids & my oldest is 4.5. I spend a lot of time walking and moving. No bleeding just a lot more discharge than normal. I don’t see the OB until Oct 21st. Not sure if I could have an infection. I get BV really easy when I’m pregnant. Idk I’m sure it’s normal. I’m just overreacting Probably. What do you think?
