When to pack for the hospital

Question

I am 29 weeks pregnant today, and I was wondering if any of you have an opinion on when I should have the diaper bag and my hospital bag ready? Also when to have his bed ready and when to have the car seat in the car? Any help is very much appreciated, this is my first go around!

I'm 34 weeks today and my sons nursery has been completely done since October. We have his car seat and everything. Since all his clothes , bibs, bedding , blankets , etc will have to be washed before his arrival I'm going to wash everything the first week of January since I'll be full term January 10 and I'll start packing my sons diaper bag and my hospital bag once the night of my next OB appointment which is January 6. Probably will put his car seat base in the truck after I pack my bags and wait until we go to the hospital to put his car seat in the truck. Hope this helps!!

When ever you feel the need to pack, pack. It won't hurt and could ease your mind. And being ready to early never hurt anyone but not being ready cqn cause some stress. If you want to pack just pack don't worry
