Help!!! Sleep issues

Hello ladies. My now 1 yr old has never had sleep issues before up until this week. I dont know if its teeth, separation anxiety, regression or what. She up until now fell asleep on me while reading at night and would remain asleep when i laid her in her crib. Now she falls asleep but wakes once out of my arms and screams until i pick her up. Im starting sleep training and letting her cry alittle but nervous this is from pain bc ahe is also teething. Should i sleep train? Should i rock to sleep and hope its a phase/ regression? Any advice is welcome
