Should I stop swaddling her?

I have been swaddling my baby and she sleeps good at night being swaddled. Lately she has been trying to break out of her swaddle. Should I still swaddle her or is that a sign that I should stop? I’m afraid if I don’t swaddle her she won’t sleep as good because she startles a lot. She’s almost 3 months old. I’m swaddling her with one arm out tonight so let’s see how that goes.

I would switch, you’re supposed to switch them out of a swaddle around 3 months anyways

She might want her arms out! You can also check out the halo sleep sack. There are 3 different ways to use it…1. Both arms in 2. Both arms out(but still swaddled around the torso. 3. One arm in and one arm out.

Swaddling must stop at 8 weeks or first attempts to roll. Stop immediately/cold turkey
