7 weeks EBF update 😀

Baby is 7 weeks old and tonight I reflected on those first few days and I can say it’s EASY now. At first I was scared, tired, and always wondering if baby was eating enough, getting enough or if I’m making enough. Now all my worries are gone. Baby feeds on demand. No bottles unless we are apart which has happened only two times so far. He almost sleeps through the night. (Wakes up once or twice, unless it’s a cluster feed night) I try my best to drink water and eat some what healthy. (Working to improve my diet) as my appetite has been off since delivery.

Overall I’m just thankful that it has got easier for me. ❤️ like some of you moms said it would!!!!
