Period nausea?
Am I the only one who gets extremely nauseous before and during their cycle? I can’t eat solids because it’s not going to stay down. Unsure of how many years it’s been like this but I just know I can’t be the only one. If I’m not please give me tips on how to deal. I’ve discovered nothing over the years.
