Wear a swinging top of you feel weird getting into your bra but if it’s your spine and you can’t wear a shirt and have to take your bra off you will need to do that so a swimming cozzy isn’t as embarrassing to some people and it’s easy to just untie the back when you lay down

I wore a zippy back to front and just unhooked my bra

Id wear a button up that you can swing to your front while they work on your back. You could also wear a stick bra or nipple covers if youre worried about exposure
