Housekeepers?

Anyone here a housekeeper at all jsut started maybe a month or something ago my arms are so sore with shooting pains sometimes and even my chest and back mostly my left arm and when I look this up on google my god does it shoot my anxiety away up even soemtimes into a oanick attack I’m only 17 and convinced myself I was having a heart attack because I had Google’s syptoms I’ve had an ecg and they said was fine bloods done maybe 4 months ago and it said low iron and foulic is anyone else constantly sore from housekeeping jobs it makes me have panick attacks when I’m sore
