Post c-section pain

I am 5 weeks pp from planned c-section. My c-section was a bit traumatic as my son was face presentation and very stuck. Ontop of the regular c-section recovery pain, I had a couple days of being very achy (joints hurt and the skin all around my incision and back were so sensitive- like even my clothes hurt touching my skin). It only lasted a couple days and then went away so I didn’t think much of. On Monday I had an osteo apt to work on my lower back and c-section scar. Well the next day the aches and pains came back. It feels like the aches you get when you have the flu so I did a Covid test (negative) and literally no other symptoms and not sick. I see my OB next week but I was just curious if anyone has experienced this kind of pain post c-section.
