Miscarriage at 5 weeks?

I found out that I’m pregnant about a week and a half ago but on Sunday I saw some brown discharge followed by some pinkish discharge I went to urgent care but they didn’t really checked up on me all they did was made me do another pregnancy test and see if I had an infection. After that I kept spotting and now I see this almost every time I wipe or I see a clot in my urine. I’m not sure if I’m having a miscarriage. I don’t have cramps and if I do they’re light. My first appointment isn’t until the 24th of oct
