Baby measuring 1 week behind

I'm 32w4d at my growth scan today they said my baby is measuring a week behind so they want me to come back for 2 nonstress tests and 1 growth scan a week untill delivery. They couldn't find a reason why he's behind everything else looked fine my blood pressure was good. I have so much anxiety now not knowing why this is happening 😭 If you had this experience how did it end? I know growth scans are not 100% accurate but how they were talking about it was scaring me.
