Clear watery discharge?

So I'm curious if this seems normal?

I was laying on the couch and felt a tiny bit of fluid leaking into my underwear. I went to check and saw this. I haven't felt anything else since & it's been about 10 minutes. Would you say this is just watery discharge? Or should I ring my doctor for possible amniotic fluid? Im not necessarily wanting to go in unless it continues bc my daughter is sick right now with a stomach bug 🥴
