Possible miscarriage?

I am 11 weeks on Monday and the only way I can describe the pain I felt this morning is really painful gas pains, mixed with hunger pains and slight period pains, I don’t know if it’s because I’m constipated?

Could someone tell me if this is normal or I should get checked,
