Frontal Sinus infection

So I’ve been feeling sick on and off lately and it’s been making it hard to eat without feeling sick afterwards. My heart was raving earlier and was causing breathing problems. But it calmed down. My forehead hurts when u touch it. I suppose to start dinner but everytime I move around I feel nauseous and it’s making my anxiety run high I’m completely nervous I’ll throw up. I’ll have to wait until my rugrats are asleep to take a Benadryl bc this mama need some relief and some sleep.
